Fox Corporation (“Fox”) values your trust and is committed to the responsible management, use, and protection of personal information. This privacy statement (the “Statement”) describes our practices in connection with the information that we collect through the careers website located at www.foxcareers.com, through posting on various job boards that push candidates to www.foxcareers.com (“Careers Sites”), and offline in connection with your application for a job, position, or internship with Fox. Personal information submitted elsewhere, outside the Careers Sites, will be used in accordance with those websites’ privacy statements.

Please read this Statement carefully prior to submitting any personal information. You must create a candidate profile account in order to apply for a position within Fox via the Careers Sites.

Who Is Responsible For Your Personal Information?
The Careers Sites allow you to apply for jobs at Fox throughout the United States and certain other countries where we have job openings, as a benefit of Fox’s recruitment function. This Statement refers to the collection and use of your personal information performed by Fox. As a potential employer, the relevant Fox affiliate will handle your personal information in accordance with this Statement for US-based job postings. If you are applying for a position outside the United States and provided with a country-specific privacy statement, that privacy statement will apply. Any subsequent hiring or other employment-related decisions will be made by the Fox hiring affiliate in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the job will be located. None of the terms contained herein, however, shall be construed as an offer or guarantee of employment.

Information We Collect
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
We may collect the following information from you in connection with your application:
- Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and other contact information;
- Username and password;
- Work authorization status;
- CV, résumé, cover letter, previous work experience, and education information;
- Skills;
- Professional and other work-related licenses, permits, and certifications held;
- Information relating to references;
- Any other information you elect to provide to us (e.g., employment preferences, willingness to relocate, desired salary, awards, or professional memberships).
Any information you submit through the Careers Sites must be true, complete, and not misleading. Submitting inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information may lead to a rejection of your application during the application process or, if you are employed by Fox at the time the inaccurate, incomplete, and/or misleading information is discovered, you may be subject to disciplinary action including immediate termination of employment. In addition, it is your responsibility to ensure that information you submit does not violate any third party’s rights.
If you provide us with personal information of a reference or any other individual as part of your application, it is your responsibility to obtain consent from that individual prior to providing the information to us.
INFORMATION FROM OTHER SOURCES
Fox may obtain information about you from other sources, such as from your references in connection with your application, as permitted by applicable law.
SENSITIVE INFORMATION
You may be asked to voluntarily provide certain sensitive personal information to the extent provided and authorized by applicable law, such as veteran status, health-related information (for example, disability status) or in connection with health and safety measures, health and similar information. Sensitive personal information does not include information available in the public domain, or that is mandatorily required to be publicly disclosed under applicable law.
Use Of Information
The information that you submit on the Careers Sites will be used to consider your application for the specific position you applied for and in particular to: (a) process your application; (b) to assess your capabilities and qualifications for a job; and (c) to respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about your application.
If we hire you, personal information we collect in connection with your application also may be used to pre-populate some fields in our human resources system. Any such information may become part of your employee file. You will be allowed to amend this information at any time.
We will use your information to protect our rights, including to: (a) enforce this Statement; (b) to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you, or others; and (c) to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain.
Where required, we will use such information to:
- comply with or monitor compliance with any applicable law or regulation; and to
- respond to requests from public and government authorities
Providing personal information to us through the Careers Sites is necessary for us to fulfill all of the purposes listed above. If you fail to provide sufficient information, Fox may be unable to consider your employment application.
Please note, that your personal information also will be used for Fox’s personnel recruiting function, should your profile be suitable for positions other than the one for which you applied. In such case, the information about you will be added to Fox’s candidate database and may be used to consider you for opportunities at Fox and its affiliates other than the one(s) for which you applied. If you no longer wish to be considered for other positions within Fox, contact us by email or mail using the details in the “Contact Us” section below.
Finally, your personal information may be used by Fox to complete a corporate transaction, such as a proposed or actual reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or other disposition of all or any portion of Fox’s businesses, assets, or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings).
Disclosure Of Personal Information
Fox may share personal information with its Fox affiliates that are involved in evaluating candidates for a given position. Fox will make the information available to personnel with a business need to know the information, including personnel in the recruiting, human resources, and information technology departments, and in the department responsible for the position(s) for which you are applying or for which you are being considered. Fox may share personal information with our service providers, who provide services such as hosting and operating the Careers Sites, recruiting assistance, consumer reports, processing, and similar services. Such service providers and professional advisors are expected to comply with applicable data protection law and to protect the confidentiality and security of personal information.
Fox may transfer your personal information to another party in the event of any reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or other disposition of all or any portion of our businesses, assets, or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings).
Data Retention
We will retain your information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law.
It may not always be possible to completely remove or delete all of your information due to technical constraints or, contractual, financial, or legal requirements. For example, certain laws and regulations require, employers, like Fox, to maintain copies of job applications and related materials for a certain period of time.
Activity Information Collection: Cookies And Similar Technologies
When you access and interact with the Careers Sites, Fox and its service providers may collect certain information about those visits. For example, in order to permit your connection to the Careers Sites, our servers receive and record information about your computer, device, and browser, including potentially your IP address, browser type, and other software or hardware information and transactional information for the computer or device. If you access the Careers Sites from a mobile or other device, we may collect a unique device identifier assigned to that device, or other information for that device. Cookies and other tracking technologies (such as browser cookies, pixels, beacons, and local storage) are comprised of small bits of data. Our websites, apps, and other services send this data to your browser when you first request a web page and then store the data on your computer or other device so the website or app can access information when you make subsequent requests for pages from that service. These technologies may also be used to collect and store information about your usage of the Careers Sites, such as pages you have visited. By collecting and using this data, we hope to improve the quality of the Careers Sites.

Other parties that support the Careers Site by providing services, such as allowing you to share content or compiling aggregate usage statistics, may also use these technologies to collect similar information when you use the Careers Site or other services.
‘Do Not Track.’ At this time, we do not respond to the 'Do Not Track' signal, as we await the work of interested stakeholders and others to develop standards for how this signal should be interpreted.
Access And Correction
If you register on the Careers Sites, subject to applicable law, you may access, review, change, and/or suppress or delete the personal information you provided by logging into the Careers Sites and updating your account information. Please note that if you change or correct information after submitting it through the Careers Sites, such changes will be visible to Fox. The updated profile will be used as the default the next time you apply for a job using your account online. To change personal information that you have already submitted for consideration for a specific position, please update your profile. We encourage you to promptly update your personal information if it changes or is inaccurate.
Remember that even after you delete your personal information, copies of some information from your account may remain viewable in some circumstances. For example, because of the nature of caching technology, your information may not be instantly inaccessible to others.
Consistent with applicable law, you may also request that we delete or suppress your account by submitting a request at https://privacy.fox.com/main/web/workforce. You will need to provide your name and email address, along with other details about your request. You will then receive verification instructions by email. In some circumstances, we may need additional information from you in order to verify your identity or to proceed with your request.
Please note that it may not always be possible to completely remove or delete your account, or all of your information, due to technical constraints, or legal or contractual requirements. As noted, certain laws and regulations require, employers, like Fox, to maintain copies of job applications and related materials for a certain period of time.
If you provide personal information to apply for a job based outside of the United States, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information that we maintain about you. Security
Fox has implemented reasonable and appropriate measures designed to protect personal information that are consistent with applicable privacy and data security laws and regulations, including measures to protect personal information from misuse or accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, acquisition, or access.

Data Transfers And Applicable Job Application Law
The Careers Sites are hosted in and managed from the United States. Fox uses service providers in connection with the Career Sites. Accordingly, if you are a user located outside the United States, you understand and consent to having any personal information (which may include information collected through the use of cookies and other technologies, as described above) processed in the United States or in any other country in which we have facilities or in which we engage service providers. United States and other countries’ data protection laws may not be the same as those in your jurisdiction.
About Children
The Careers Sites are not intended for children under the age of 16, or in the case of a country where the minimum age for processing personal information differs, such different age.
Changes To This Statement
We reserve the right to amend this Statement at any time in order to address future developments of Fox, the Careers Sites, or changes in industry or legal trends. We will post the revised version on the Careers Sites. You can determine when the Statement was revised by referring to the “Last Revised” legend on the top of this Statement. Any changes will become effective upon the posting of the revised Statement on the Careers Sites. By continuing to use the Careers Sites following such changes, you will be deemed to have agreed to such changes. Media Sports Latinoamérica S. de R.L. de C.V. (la “Compañía”) con domicilio en Plaza Reforma - Prolongación Paseo de la Reforma No. 600, Colonia Santa Fe Peña Blanca, C.P. 01210, Alcaldía Álvaro Obregón, Ciudad de México, como responsable del tratamiento, en términos de la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (la “Ley”), le hace saber la forma en que recopilamos, usamos y transferimos los datos personales sobre (i) nuestros empleados, actuales y anteriores, y (ii) contratistas, a quienes se informa de la aplicabilidad de este Aviso de Privacidad (conjuntamente “Colaboradores”).

DATOS PERSONALES
Los datos personales que podemos recabar pertenecen a las siguientes categorias:
- Datos de identificación. Nombre, clave única de registro poblacional (CURP), registro federal de contribuyentes, lugar y fecha de nacimiento,estado civilimagen, fotografía, identificaciones oficiales y acta de nacimiento.
- Datos de contacto. Dirección, correo electrónico y teléfono.
- Información comercial. Información sobre transacciones e historial de compras (por ejemplo, en relación con viajes de trabajo u otros reembolsos).
- Información profesional o relacionada con el empleo. Historial laboral y empleadores anteriores.
- Información académica. Certificado de estudios, título profesional, cédula profesional.
- Información sobre la actividad en Internet o en la red. Historial de navegación y las interacciones con nuestros sistemas en línea, sitios web y aplicaciones digitales.
- Información de audio, electrónica, visual y otra similar. Grabaciones de llamadas, audio y videos (por ejemplo, en relación con el uso de CCTV y entrenamientos grabados en línea).
- Datos financieros. Salario, prestaciones y cuenta bancaria, recibos de nómina y detalles de sus gastos reembolsables.
- Datos sobre su desempeño laboral.
- Inferencias que deriven de la información anterior.
Para efectos del presente Aviso de Privacidad y por la relación con usted se lleva a cabo el tratamiento de datos que pudieran considerarse sensibles tales como los siguientes:
Datos de salud. Estado de salud.
Datos biométricos. Geometría facial o huellas dactilares (por ejemplo, en relación con determinadas funciones de prevención de fraude o seguridad).
Retendremos los datos personales de los Colaboradores durante el tiempo que sea razonablemente necesario y proporcional para cumplir con las finalidades para los cuales se recabaron, según se describe en este Aviso de Privacidad, y de acuerdo con los periodos de retención requeridos por la legislación aplicable.
USO DE SUS DATOS PERSONALES
FINALIDADES NECESARIAS / PRIMARIAS
Podemos tratar los datos personales descritos anteriormente para llevar a cabo las siguientes finalidades necesarias /primarias:
- operar, gestionar y mantener nuestro negocio, incluso en relación con una venta, adquisición, reorganización, fusión, transferencia de todo o parte de nuestro negocio, u otra transacción corporativa (por ejemplo, un procedimiento de insolvencia o similar);
- cumplir con fines y objetivos laborales, como la salud y seguridad de los empleados y la supervisión y seguridad en el lugar de trabajo, así como otorgar prestaciones y beneficios a los colaboradores;
- cumplir con la ley, procesos legales y políticas internas;
- desarrollar, mejorar, reparar y mantener nuestros productos y servicios;
- mantener y administrar el acceso, permanencia o uso de nuestras instalaciones e infraestructura;
- adoptar medidas de garantía de calidad, salubridad y seguridad;
- llevar a cabo controles y supervisión de riesgos y seguridad;
- detectar y prevenir fraudes y otros lilícitos;
- verificar su identidad;
- realizar funciones de contabilidad, auditoría y otras funciones internas, como investigaciones internas;
- mantener registros relacionados con su calidad de Colaborador;
- ejercer y responder a reclamaciones legales;
- pagar salarios, honorarios, comisiones y otorgar prestaciones laborales;
- brindarle servicios y otras prestaciones como servicio de enfermería o medico en el lugar de trabajo;
- contactarlo en caso de que la relación laboral o de servicios establecida con la Compañía así lo requiera;
- capacitarlo, para el progreso de su carrera y evaluar/administrar su desempeño y aplicar medidas disciplinarias;
- administrar sus gastos de viaje y de trabajo (en caso de que proceda);
- atender sus quejas y solicitudes;
- diseñar e implementar programas de diversidad, inclusión y otros como parte del cumplimiento de la regulación laboral y políticas laborales;
- mantener actualizado su expediente de recursos humanos; y
COMO COMPARTIMOS SU INFORMACIÓN PERSONAL
Sus datos personales podrán ser compartidos con asesores profesionales externos, proveedores, prestadores de servicios, contratados por la Compañía para cumplir con las finalidades señaladas anteriormente, y prestar servicios de nómina, salud ocupacional, tecnologías de la información y seguros . Estos terceros tratarán su información como encargados de la Compañía y de conformidad con las instrucciones de la Compañía. La Compañía no requiere su consentimiento para estas transmisiones, de conformidad con lo establecido en la ley de protección de datos personales.
Compartimos sus datos personales con nuestras filiales, subsidiarias y empresas del grupo para cumplir con las finalidades descritas en este Aviso de Privacidad. La Compañía no requiere su consentimiento para llevar a cabo estas transferencias toda vez que operamos bajo las mismas prácticas y políticas internas.
Asimismo podremos transferir sus datos personales en todos los casos previstos y autorizados por la Ley, por ejemplo, cuando la transferencia este prevista en una ley o tratado del que México sea parte; la transferencia sea necesaria o legalmente exigida para la salvaguarda de un interés público, o para la procuración o administración de justicia.
Adicionalmente, compartimos sus datos personales en los siguientes casos para los cuales necesitamos su consentimiento.
Al aceptar este Aviso de Privacidad usted otorga su consentimiento para llevar a cabo estas transferencias:
- Podemos transferir su información para completar una fusión o venta de activos u otra transacción corporativa. Si la Compañía vende la totalidad o parte de su negocio o realiza una venta o transferencia de sus activos o participa de otro modo en una adquisición, reorganización, fusión o transferencia de la totalidad o parte de su negocio (incluso en relación con un procedimiento de quiebra o similar), u otra transacción corporativa, la Compañía podrá transferir o divulgar la información que recopilemos de usted y acerca de usted, tal y como se describe en este Aviso de Privacidad, a la parte o partes implicadas en la transacción como parte de la misma.
USO DE COOKIES Y OTROS IDENTIFICADORES
Para permitir que nuestros sistemas reconozcan su computadora o dispositivo y para proporcionar y mejorar los servicios de la Compañía, utilizamos cookies y otros identificadores. Para desactivar estas cookies o identificadores, favor de revisar la instrucciones previstas en nuestro aviso de privacidad a FoxCareers.com.
DERECHOS DEL TITULAR
Usted tiene los siguientes derechos en relación con el tratamiento de sus datos personales:
Acceso: Podrá solicitar a la Compañía acceder a sus datos personales que obren en posesión de la Compañía, así como conocer la información relacionada con las condiciones y generalidades de su tratamiento.
En caso de que ejerza su derecho de acceso, le podremos facilitar la información de manera digital.
Rectificación: Podrá solicitar a la Compañía la rectificación, de algún dato en particular o de todos, dado que son incorrectos o inexactos.
Cancelación: Podrá solicitar a la Compañía la cancelación de sus datos personales de sus archivos, registros, expedientes y sistemas, a fin de que los mismos ya no estén en su posesión.
La cancelación dará lugar a un periodo de bloqueo tras el cual se procederá a la supresión del dato, la Compañía podrá conservarlos exclusivamente para efectos de las responsabilidades nacidas del tratamiento.
El periodo de bloqueo será equivalente al plazo de prescripción de las acciones legales derivadas de la relación jurídica que funda el tratamiento de los datos.
Oposición: Podrá oponerse al tratamiento de sus datos personales cuando:
- exista causa legítima y su situación específica así lo requiera, aun siendo lícito el tratamiento, este debe cesar para evitar causarle un daño o perjuicio;
- Sus datos personales sean objeto de un tratamiento automatizado, el cual le produzca efectos jurídicos no deseados o afecte de manera significativa sus intereses, derechos o libertades, y estén destinados a evaluar, sin intervención humana, determinados aspectos personales.
No procederá el ejercicio del derecho de oposición en aquellos casos en los que el tratamiento sea necesario para el cumplimiento de una obligación legal impuesta a la Compañía.
Usted podrá limitar el uso y divulgación de sus datos personales en posesión de la Compañía, así como revocar el consentimiento que haya otorgado para el tratamiento de sus datos, (siempre que este haya sido necesario para el tratamiento), por los medios que mas abajo se describen.
Es importante que considere que no en todos los casos podremos atender su solicitud o concluir el uso de sus datos de forma inmediata, ya que es posible que por obligaciones legales requiramos seguir tratando sus datos personales. Asimismo, usted debe tomar en cuenta que, para ciertos fines, la revocación de su consentimiento puede implicar la conclusión de su relación con nosotros.
Para ejercer los derechos antes mencionados, usted o su representante legal deberán enviar una solicitud por escrito a FoxCareersPrivacy@fox.com o al domicilio mencionado al inicio, señalando claramente el derecho que se ejerce así como la siguiente información:
- Su nombre completo;
- Su domicilio o correo electrónico al cual se le puede dar respuesta;
- Documentos que acrediten la identidad u autorización para representar al titular (en caso de presentar la solicitud a través de representante)
- Descripción de los datos personales sobre los que pretende ejercer algún derecho (con excepción de una solictud de acceso);
- Cualquier otro elemento que facilite la localización de los datos personales.
En caso de que la información proporcionada sea errónea o insuficiente, o bien, no se acompañen los documentos de acreditación correspondientes, le requeriremos, dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a la recepción de la solicitud, para que aporte los elementos o documentos necesarios para darle trámite.
Usted contará con diez (10) días hábiles para atender el requerimiento, contados a partir del día siguiente en que lo haya recibido. De no dar respuesta en dicho plazo, se tendrá por no presentada la solicitud. Estos plazos podrán ampliarse en una sola ocasión por un periodo igual, de conformidad con las leyes aplicables y previa justificación de la extensión.
Le comunicaremos la determinación adoptada, en un plazo máximo de veinte (20) días hábiles contados desde la fecha en que se recibió la solicitud, a efecto de que, si resulta procedente, se haga efectiva dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes a que se comunique la respuesta. Estos plazos podrán ampliarse en una sola vez por un periodo igual de conformidad con las leyes aplicables y previa justificación de la extensión.
MONITOREO DE HERRAMIENTAS DE TRABAJO
La Compañía prohíbe el uso de computadoras, teléfonos móviles, teléfonos, tabletas y otros dispositivos electrónicos, así como sus sistemas ("Dispositivos y Sistemas") para fines personales, y prohíbe el almacenamiento de información o datos personales en dichos Dispositivos y Sistemas. Usted no debe almacenar datos personales en dichos Dispositivos. La Compañía puede bloquear correos electrónicos personales y otros sitios web que no sean relevantes para su trabajo.
Toda la información almacenada en los Dispositivos y Sistemas es propiedad de la Compañía y sus filiales o subsidiarias. La Compañía supervisa regularmente el uso que usted hace del correo electrónico, los archivos, las imágenes, los registros de chat y los sitios web que visita utilizando los Dispositivos y Sistemas que la Compañía le proporciona. La Compañía puede acceder, utilizar, compartir, destruir y borrar cualquier información de los Dispositivos y Sistemas. Por lo tanto, usted reconoce y acepta que la Compañía tiene derecho a inspeccionar, controlar, supervisar y compartir con terceros, con la frecuencia que considere necesaria, todos los correos electrónicos, archivos, imágenes, registros de chat y comportamiento en Internet en todos los Dispositivos y Sistemas, sin que esto constituya una invasión a su privacidad, ya que los Dispositivos y Sistemas son herramientas de trabajo propiedad de la Compañía y se le proporcionan con el único fin de que realice su trabajo. Usted reconoce que no tiene expectativa de privacidad cuando utiliza los dispositivos, programas y aplicaciones de la Compañía, incluyendo, entre otros, el correo electrónico de la Compañía.
CAMBIOS EN EL PRESENTE AVISO DE PRIVACIDAD
La Compañía se reserva el derecho, bajo su exclusiva discreción, de cambiar, modificar, agregar o eliminar partes del presente Aviso de Privacidad en cualquier momento. En tal caso, los mismos se publicarán en actualizada en nuestro portal de envío de solicitudes de empleo o se le harán llegar a través del correo corporativo.
ÚLTIMA ACTUALIZACIÓN
El presente Aviso de Privacidad fue actualizado el 9 de julio de 2026.
Manifiesto que he leído y entiendo el presente Aviso de Privacidad y que estoy de acuerdo con el tratamiento de mis datos personales de conformidad con lo que aquí se describe.
