- Depending on state of residence there is also an EPO/HMO option through Aetna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL, or Kaiser Permanente
- Based on your medical plan, your prescription coverage is through either CVS Caremark, OptumRx, Kaiser Permanente or Blue Cross Blue Shield
