The Broadcast Operations Team provides mission-critical IT support for the FOX Sports Media Group across live events, field operations, and direct support for employees and on-air talent. This role operates in a fast-paced broadcast environment, requiring adaptability, strong technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering outstanding support in high-pressure situations. Work may take place in offices, studios, trailers, theaters, hotel conference rooms, or any location where broadcasts occur.
This position involves frequent travel and non-traditional working hours to meet the demands of live sports productions.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBLITIES
Provide IT support for live broadcasts, field operations, and on-site staff and talent.
Respond to urgent calls for support needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT and system issues with speed and accuracy.
Manage workload to ensure timely project and task completion.
Gather, analyze, and translate staff and client feedback into actionable solutions.
Maintain composure and deliver results in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
5+ years of PC and Mac support experience.
Strong foundation in networking and server technologies: Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WAN/LAN, VPN. Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Microsoft BackOffice, Windows.
Ability to log into network switches and adjust configurations.
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with Slack, Box, and G-Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-demand environment.
Quick learner with the ability to master new systems and procedures rapidly.
Self-starter who works effectively with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Travel up to 30% annually (approx. 600 working hours/year).
Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and overnight rotations (e.g., 4 AM–1 PM, 6 PM–3 AM).
Availability to work overtime when needed, including occasional 18-hour days.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $44.00-51.93 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
