The Director of Client Services at Fox Corporation will lead a team of Account Coordinators dedicated to delivering outstanding service to both internal stakeholders and external partners. The Director is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing client relationships, guiding a team of client service professionals, and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns. This role plays a pivotal part in driving client satisfaction, revenue growth, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, leadership experience, and a passion for building lasting partnerships across a dynamic advertising landscape.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Management
Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and onboarding the Account Coordinators
Lead, mentor, and develop Account Coordinator team to be best-in-class client services organization with a focus on managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the team who are at varying experience levels to achieve excellence in campaign stewardship and client relationships.
Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular business review meetings, and conduct year-end evaluations
Campaign Execution and Operational Excellence
Utilize reporting to analyze account assignments and workloads across the team
Resolve escalations quickly and effectively, ensuring Client and Sales trust is maintained
Collaborate with Yield teams to manage at risk campaigns and solve for under-delivery issues
Join forces with Commercial Operations, Finance and or Master Data Management to ensure deals are properly booked, coded and managed for flawless billing process to ensure timely payment of invoices
Partner with Training team to create and maintain training materials and documentation to ensure team performance is uniform and consistent
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with VP Client Services team in the refinement and management of all account management group processes and inter-company coordination.
Partner with other Client Services Directors to ensure unified process of best standards
Attend weekly Sales leadership, AE, and marketing meetings; contribute with relevant updates representing the AC team
Advocate interests of Client Services team by collaborating with all intradepartmental teams including but not limited to Sales, Commercial Operations, Brand Partnerships, Yield, Technology, Analytics & Reporting and Finance
Culture
Foster a positive culture to encourage engagement, motivation, and team morale and growth.
Share information from other departments to guide team in successful order stewardship.
Coaching and mentoring ACs through professional development initiatives to promote continuous learning and growth within the team and company.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Demonstrable success in managing teams, providing stellar client service and campaign management while creating a positive work environment
Proven track record to successfully interview, hire, onboard and train employees
Demonstrates an ability to take initiative, call out redundancies, work with a sense of urgency, sound judgment and ability to problem-solve, and prioritize
Evidence of ability to create process, training and/or professional development materials
Demonstrates competent, highly successful and inspiring leadership style
Proven to have strong relationships with internal departments and Sales partners
Ability to be agile and has a willingness to pivot and learn new things
Growth mindset and results-oriented
10 years experience successfully managing and leading a team of employees in the traditional advertising space
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Proficient in MS suite of software, including Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $140,000.00-191,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
