The FOX direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform is a new, forward-looking initiative within Tubi Media Group that brings FOX’s unparalleled content portfolio—news, sports, and entertainment—directly to consumers via an innovative subscription streaming service.
Driven by a highly experienced leadership team with extensive backgrounds at the intersections of media, technology, streaming, and content—and built with the full support of Fox Corporation—this venture combines entrepreneurial energy with deep media expertise.
Our vision is to create a unified, modern viewing experience that puts the consumer first—seamlessly integrating live and on-demand content across platforms.
At the intersection of cutting-edge technology and trusted storytelling, this is an opportunity to shape the future of streaming at one of the most pivotal moments in media. We’re assembling a world-class team to deliver on that vision—and we’re just getting started.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Director of Product, Core Experience to own and drive the end-to-end user experience across Mobile, Web, and Connected TV (CTV) platforms. This role is responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and seamless audience journeys that maximize user value, retention, and monetization. You will oversee a team of Product Managers focused on platform-specific and cross-platform initiatives, collaborating deeply with Engineering, Design, Data, and Growth teams to bring world-class digital experiences to life.
This leader will play a critical role in advancing AI-native UX, subscription growth, and cohesive product delivery across surfaces.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and execute the product roadmap for cross-platform user experiences including mobile, CTV, and web.
Lead a team of product managers across domains including Mobile, Living Room, and Web.
Own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Content, Data, and Marketing to ensure high-impact delivery.
Drive metrics tied to engagement, retention, acquisition, and subscription revenue.
Lead platform experimentation strategy using A/B testing and audience segmentation.
Embed AI capabilities, such as LLM-powered recommendations and conversational UX—into the user experience.
Evangelize product decisions internally and externally with clarity, confidence, and user empathy.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
6–8+ years of product management experience, with direct leadership over cross-functional teams.
Experience in media, consumer tech, or streaming products across multiple surfaces (Mobile, Web, CTV).
Strong background in UX, personalization, and subscription or freemium models.
Proven track record of delivering product innovations, ideally from zero to one.
Deep collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
Familiarity with AI/ML-powered features, personalization systems, or large-scale experimentation.
Strategic mindset with executional rigor.
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
Experience working in a DTC product at scale (e.g., streaming, music, edtech, fintech).
Hands-on experience with payments, IAM, or lifecycle marketing integration.
Comfort with product-led growth models.
Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
Background in zero-to-one product innovation.
Passion for storytelling and content-rich platforms.
