A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and facilitate all department license agreements, including understanding terms and liaising with accounting on payments.
Oversee all department shipping (tapes, SWAG, equipment, show prep).
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients/researchers.
Maintain an active department calendar and manage business travel and expense reports.
Handle confidential communications, organize electronic filing systems, and manage large datasets.
Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues, ensuring successful project completion.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor's degree in broadcasting, journalism, or communications preferred, or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational skills and proven ability to multitask.
Excellent editorial judgment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Docs. Knowledge of Adobe and non-linear editing is a plus.
Experience with archive sales, research, and licensing is a significant advantage.
Must be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on news cycles.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $19.00-25.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
