The Post Production group within FOX Entertainment Studios’ Content Operation department has a single mission: to empower the Studio with efficient operational workflows and innovative technology solutions. Doing so allows us to elevate creative storytelling and continue to deliver the FOX experiences that captivate and connect people around the world.
We have a great opportunity for a Coordinator, Post Production. Supporting the Post Production team, the Coordinator, Post Production will work with the department in all aspects of post production and delivery across our broad spectrum of original productions and acquisitions.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Post Production team, including overseeing team calendars, scheduling departmental meetings, processing expenses, and documenting detailed notes during internal and external departmental meetings.
Assist in coordinating and scheduling post-production sessions such as Spotting, ADR, Final Playback, etc.
Coordinate with the Post Lead and A/V Deliverables team to ensure the QC and delivery process is executed in a timely manner.
Update and maintain production schedules to ensure accuracy and to reflect changes in post-production timelines.
Efficiently coordinate online organizational systems, digital filing system, and various spreadsheets to track post-production data.
Organize and maintain a vendor and contact database for the Post Production department.
Collaborate with the Production Finance and Accounting departments with creating and tracking purchase orders, onboarding Post vendors, and processing Post invoices.
Keep track of virtual edit room calendars across all productions.
Provide additional support as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
1-2 years of experience as a Post Coordinator in feature films or television.
1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a post facility, agency, production company, network, or studio.
Experience supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in audio/video specifications, deliverables, and non-linear editing systems (NLEs).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other administrative software/tools.
Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the Post Production department.
Strong creative problem-solving skills and an ability to remain calm under pressure.
Effectively prioritizing tasks and adeptly formulating tactical action plans.
A self-starter with excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Adaptable to changes in a dynamic work environment, managing competing demands and shifting priorities.
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Listens effectively, transmits information accurately and effectively.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $21.00-28.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
