ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a visionary Vice President of Product Design to lead the product design strategy and execution across all of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) experiences, including mobile, web, and living room platforms. This role is critical in shaping how users interact with FOX’s digital products, ensuring design excellence that aligns with both user needs and business goals. As a senior leader, you will inspire and guide a high-impact design team while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional partners to deliver intuitive, delightful, and innovative user experiences.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and scale a high-performing product design team responsible for crafting world-class user experiences across mobile, web, and living room platforms
Develop and communicate a clear and compelling design vision that aligns with business objectives and user needs
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leadership to shape product strategy and ensure seamless execution
Establish and evolve design systems, production design processes, and creative direction across all product features
Drive end-to-end design processes—from discovery and concept development through to delivery and iteration
Champion innovation and push the boundaries of UX/UI to elevate the FOX DTC product experience
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture focused on design craft and user impact
Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility best practices throughout the organization
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Proven leadership experience managing and growing design teams within a consumer-focused digital product environment
Deep expertise across UX, UI, interaction design, and visual systems
A strong portfolio demonstrating experience leading design for multi-platform digital products (mobile, web, TV/living room)
Familiarity with media and streaming platforms, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities they present
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions and influence executive stakeholders
Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail and hands-on guidance
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, and marketing
Experience implementing and scaling design systems and processes
Passion for crafting engaging, intuitive, and inclusive digital experiences
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
Experience working on direct-to-consumer (DTC) subscription products
Background in motion design, animation, or emerging interaction paradigms (e.g., voice, gesture, AI-driven UX)
Experience scaling design teams through high-growth phases

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $247,000.00-350,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
