This position oversees the creation of rundowns for our entertainment & infotainment shows, including The Isiah Factor: Uncensored, Chattin’ With Chelsea, The Nightcap, FOX Soul Faceoff and more! It’s a one-of-a-kind opportunity, and we have fun, and work hard. We are on the front-line of a changing industry and want to make sure the newest member of our team is thinking about the now and even more importantly, thinking about the future – specifically on our digital platforms. What new technology is out there, and how do we stay relevant to our ever-changing audience? This position will primarily focus on our flagship late-night infotainment show, The Isiah Factor: Uncensored. But, in this role, you will also be responsible for working with other originally produced shows in our Local Programming Initiatives unit. Also, you will be a major player in our yearly new year’s eve live special that airs nationally. Additionally, our teams will help with traditional news on major stories, including, but not limited to hurricane coverage.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of producing experience in a major TV market or similarly on other talk shows. We use iNews to produce our shows, so some knowledge with that is preferred; but don’t worry, if you’re not familiar with iNews, we will train you to excel with that program. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with social media, and searching for those unique topics that will air in the shows. The ideal candidate will also be a natural leader and will help lead the Isiah Factor: Uncensored team, and work on other shows and projects.
Additionally, you must have strong communication skills with show hosts, directors, Executive Producer, and the rest of the management team.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $62,000.00-70,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
