Fox News is looking for a proactive and organized individual to provide administrative support to the Executive Vice President of Primetime Programming. The Executive Assistant is a team player who can work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative. You will interact with production teams across all primetime programming. Sensitivity to confidential matters is critical to this role.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to the EVP of Primetime Programming by managing a complex schedule and serving as the primary point of contact for meeting requests
Develop and distribute programming schedules for weekdays and weekends with a focus on special coverage events and holidays
Create weekly host schedules and keep a detailed tracking list of host fill-ins & host locations
Manage comprehensive talent grid tracking FOX talent location and programming for FNM platforms
Maintain confidential information
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
2+ years of administrative experience
A strong interest in news
High proficiency in Microsoft Office products – including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, and Word
Highly organized and detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Overall professionalism including a business-like attitude, attire, cheerful disposition, and strong work ethic
Ability to handle confidential information and interact with high-level executives

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $24.25-26.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
