We are looking for a talented Senior Associate Producer to join the Fox Nation live team. This team is responsible for the growing demand for live streaming of breaking news and events on our platform. You are familiar with working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing. You are highly organized and have great time management skills.
The Senior Associate Producer will also assist with other productions such as town hall and live event programming and specials. The candidate should be able to determine, plan, and manage their day-to-day activities as well as long-term priorities regarding all aspects of the production. The Senior Associate Producer must be able to start with a concept pitch and see it through to a completed project.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct and operate live streams and shows in an automated control room
Write creative and editorially interesting descriptions and work with graphics to create toolkits for the app
Guide associate producers and producers on best elements and editorial practices
Coordinate with other departments throughout Fox such as legal, finance, graphics, marketing, field production, and media relations
Collaborate with staff and freelance field crews to plan and execute live events and specials
Potential for long hours, including evenings and weekends
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Control room experience in both live and automated
4+ years of production experience at a legitimate news organization, production company, or documentary company
Excellent writing and storytelling skills
Ability to work both independently and within small teams on multiple projects
Ability to travel when required
Excellent communication skills
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment under tight deadlines

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $67,000.00-86,000.00 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $55,800.00-71,600.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
