FOX's Finance—FOX Entertainment Studios team is looking for a Team Coordinator to provide executive assistant support to the EVP, Finance—FOX Entertainment Studios and the EVP, Finance—Sports and Entertainment. The Coordinator, Finance will help support the wider team with expenses, ordering, and administrative projects as needed.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the EVP, Finance - FOX Entertainment Studios and EVP, Finance – Sports and Entertainment, as well as their teams (as needed)
Proactively coordinate with leadership in planning and executing team events, calendars, and activities
Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other ad-hoc requests
Management of complex individual calendar and scheduling requirements
Track and help drive completion of deliverables and following up on outstanding items
Act as a liaison for direct reports
Organize domestic and internal travel arrangements for all team members
Contribute to the strategic planning of the team; ad hoc administrative tasks for projects
Work closely with other Administration staff as required ensuring teamwork across the business
Participate in special projects to continuously improve processes, tools, systems, and organization
Additional tasks/duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
2+ years of administrative experience
Experience supporting multiple people in a fast-paced environment
Relevant qualifications in business and/or administration
High attention to detail and accuracy with a strong focus on the quality of work
Great attitude, shows initiative and self-direction, able to work independently when needed
Willingness to take on additional responsibility and growth as the company expands
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, and others
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with all levels of employees and management
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to use initiative and strive for efficient and effective process improvements
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing organizational priorities and ambiguous
Understanding of the need for and ability to demonstrate strict adherence to confidentiality
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
Additional experience with other software systems including Workday, Adaptive, and Rightsline as well as other business systems

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $22.25-31.25 per hour for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $18.50-26.00 per hour for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
