JOB DESCRIPTION
The Manager, Digital Ad Sales Strategy will support FOX Digital Ad Sales teams by tracking performance, reporting results, and providing analysis and insights. In this role, The Manager, Digital Ad Sales Strategy will have the opportunity to help drive this growing business.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Ad Ops teams to provide analysis and insights
- Assist with informing Sales strategies across FOX Digital portfolio
- Design and execute new reporting to track Sales performance and identify opportunities
- Gather and analyze internal Sales data from various systems including Salesforce
- Aggregate competitive and marketplace data, summarize and provide insights to Sales
- Generate Weekly Pacing Reports and work with sales to reconcile variances between sales systems
- Work with Sales and Finance to reconcile month-end close and final billing approvals
- Maintain all necessary tracking documents including:
- Upfront deal trackers across the FOX Digital portfolio
- Weekly options tracker
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in Digital advertising space (i.e. large network, publisher, agency)
- Deep understanding of media landscape
- Proven quantitative analytical abilities, including Excel modeling skills
- Strong PowerPoint skills and proven proficiency in summarizing information/analyses into coherent and concise slides
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; the ability to present results of complex analysis clearly
- Excellent organizational, time, and people management skills and the ability to work in groups and independently

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $95,000.00-130,000.00 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $79,100.00-108,300.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
