JOB DESCRIPTION

Fox News Media is looking for reliable, organized, and proactive college students to be Runners at the Fox Nation Patriot Awards 2024 in Nashville. The runners will assist the production department with a variety of tasks including running errands, packaging credentials, organizing supplies, tidying up workspaces, etc. Runners will be paid $18.75/hr.

SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive to various places such as Target, Walmart, Home Depot, FedEx, etc. to run errands
Shop for lists of items without having much guidance
Restock craft services, office supplies, etc. and anticipate these tasks before being asked
Interface with talent/executives/producers and deal with high-level, sensitive, confidential information

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

A car and valid/clean driver's license
Must be familiar with and comfortable driving to various locations in the area
Proficient skills in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Willingness and ability to work long hours on your feet for multiple days at a time
Willingness to take initiative and work without supervision at times
A commitment to integrity; sensitivity to confidential matters is critical to this role
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Flexible and able to take direction with ease
Positive “Can Do” attitude
Must be punctual and committed to the position throughout its entirety
