JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly motivated Production Assistant to join “The Ingraham Angle.” This is a great opportunity to join a primetime program and one of the top shows on all of cable – an opportunity that will open untold jobs going forward.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Locate, cut, and organize video elements in the rundown
Order and build graphic elements
Log interviews, news conferences, and other news events
Assist producers with additional research
Assist with greeting guests in NY
Check-in remote guests in the NY control room

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

A bachelor's degree in journalism or related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience
Previous internship experience in the news industry
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a 24/7 breaking news environment

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $18.25-25.00 per hour for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
