We are looking for an exceptional leader who will be a key member of our Executive team. Responsibilities include performing all generalist duties for this Fox Owned and Operated duopoly in Los Angeles.
Job requirements include:
Position requires five years of proven HR Management experience. This position requires a skill set that includes effective written/verbal communications, creative problem solving and conflict management Experience computer skills (HRIS, Workday, and Microsoft Office a plus). SHRM qualification a plus. This is a high volume and hands-on administrative position. Our ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to develop solid collaborative relationships with all levels of staff. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills. Must work efficiently under specific time constraints. Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Organizational Development or related discipline, or equivalent work experience highly desirable. Knowledge and experience working with the OFCCP regulations is a plus.
