Fox has always been responsible for some of the most exciting and disruptive content in popular entertainment and has demonstrated that spirit of innovation once again by moving into the Web3 space, working with Bento Box Entertainment, the animation studio behind Bob's Burgers and The Great North, to launch Blockchain Creative Labs, a business and creative unit to provide content creators, IP owners, and advertising partners end-to-end blockchain solutions to build, launch, manage and sell Web3 experiences.
Blockchain Creative Labs (BCL)
Blockchain Creative Labs (BCL) is a Fox Web3 tech company that enables creators, IP owners, and their passionate communities to build tokenized digital economies around their own content and brand ecosystems. We are a team of innovators, bringing Web3 tech to mainstream audiences and transforming how fans and creators engage.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Manager, you will drive the evolution of BCL products and initiatives that will lead to Web3 mass adoption and establish BCL as a thought leader for brands, creators, and developers. Ideal candidates will pair their deep technical experiences with forward thinking and research to steer BCL’s product roadmap. This team member will partner closely with Business Strategists, Design, Engineering, Operations and work in tandem with other PMs to lead product strategy and execution. The ability to assess impact and technical tradeoffs, solve problems, move quickly, communicate and collaborate effectively are critical to this role.
Applicants in fields driven by Web3 technology will be given closer consideration for this job. However, blockchain & Web3 experience is not a requirement, but you’ll need to show your creativity with a killer portfolio of your previous work.
ABOUT YOU
Experience bringing new complex, technical products to market and growing products in productions via data and experimentation
Full PM lifecycle experience including: researching/discovery, outlining user flows, wireframing, concepting designs, writing user stories, defining technical solution requirements, QAing, uncovering market/user needs, pitching concepts, collaborating on a large scale
Data-driven prioritization and problem-solving skills
An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to ‘get your hands dirty’ - ability to track and work on several things simultaneously and quickly
Experience working with distributed teams
A constant curiosity and understanding of Web3 products and landscape
Compassion and empathy for those around & the users we build for

Strategize and align teams and stakeholders on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision
Collaborate cross-functionally with client project teams, engineering, research/design, and community to develop and steer product roadmap
Manage prototyping and development backlogs and lead team ceremonies
Bidirectionally communicate to all team members and stakeholders
Stay up to date on all relevant developments in the web3 space. Research emerging trends and market needs, define requirements, and engage in prototyping
