Fox Entertainment is looking for a Senior Online & Audio Producer to join our On-Air Operations team in Los Angeles. The Senior Online & Audio Producer will be responsible for managing online bays as well as audio bays to facilitate the finishing and delivery of content for On-Air, Synergy Partners, Affiliates, Social, MultiPlatform, Content Partnerships, FOX generated TuBi content, Upfront Presentations and more.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Disseminate workload to editors and audio mixers on a daily or nightly basis
Check the Daily Production document to confirm that the details for each promo are accurate; ie: ratings, backplate versions, Synergy tune-in, audio tag, etc.
Check online video against reference video for accuracy and send to audio
Check all versions and details of the spots in online--slates, tags, ratings, etc.
Check final mixes in audio against reference audio for accuracy and ensure quality

Communicate with the Graphics Department to ensure all elements required for finishing have been requested by writer/producer and delivered
Request the elements needed for finishing based on the Daily Production/Titling sheet
Communicate with Writer/Producers when necessary—ie: to ensure that the offline edits are accurately referenced, audio mix expectations are met, to get after-hours approval for overnight deliveries, etc.

Complete Aftra forms for each voiceover read
Prep scripts for voiceover reads (add tags, codes, send to talent). Book talent when needed. Direct voiceovers based on Writer/Producer expectations and needs
Oversee the audio mix of each project (including radio) to ensure accuracy and quality
When needed, communicate with Network Operations to ensure smooth file management and delivery
Once finished spots are delivered to MAM system (CatDV) via online editor--QC video/audio again to ensure transfer was completed without incident
Add pertinent metadata to files in CatDV and push to FMC (FOX Media Cloud) for delivery downstream--to Network air, affiliates, synergy partners, cable buys, social hubs, etc.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
A minimum of 3 years of experience in television Post Production
Strong Post Production experience in a Broadcast, Studio, or Post House environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, demanding Post Production and live TV Broadcast operation
Must be able to work independently as well as with multiple teams, relate well to people and know when to use diplomacy
Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Keen attention to detail and high organizational skills are essential
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER
Bachelor's degree in TV Production, Broadcasting, Communications, Engineering or Business Administration
