We're hiring a Senior Manager to help build and lead our local digital sales strategy, serving the 17 FTS markets with unique, high-quality advertising for our digital platforms. Reporting to the VP, Digital Sales Strategy and Operations, the Senior Manager will create and execute our go-to market plan that encompasses FLX and other digital sales opportunities

The powerhouse leader we're looking for is experienced in building a local digital sales strategy with a specific emphasis in the top 40 DMAs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute a long-term digital sales strategy featuring CTV/OTT solutions within a leading local media company. Prioritize resources to ensure both sales growth and client retention. Balance the needs of our clients to the capabilities of our brands. Develop a communications plan to engage our sales team and FTS executive management. Evaluate and implement sales training initiatives Plan and Drive our go-to market ad product rollouts including an analytically focused measurement process to gauge success. Other duties as deemed necessary and assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:  10+ years experience in ad product management and sales communications within in a local media environment. Experience working cross-departmentally with indirect control. Proven critical thinking skills. Stellar communications capabilities. BA/BS degree in Liberal Arts, marketing or communications. Overwhelming attention to detail. Social media expert. Experience in using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe.
