FOX Sports is searching for a Senior Manager of Promo Planning and Strategy to join the team. As the Senior Manager of Promo Planning & Strategy, you will be responsible for scheduling and reporting all FOX Sports promotional elements that air on the FOX Network. Additionally, you will be accountable for maintaining the reporting database of the FOX Sports contractual and Marketing Promo Priorities.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the strategy and scheduling of all Sports promotional content that airs on the FOX network, including promo spots and graphic elements
Collaborate with In-Game team members to strategically schedule in-game elements for all broadcast sporting events
Manage all promotional inventory in broadcast sports as it pertains to Fox Sports priorities as well as cross channel priorities
Handle all log changes across the FOX Broadcast Sports, during business hours, after hours, and on weekends as needed
Manage the reporting of all FOX Sports contractual obligations across the FOX broadcast logs
Strategically analyze historical reporting data to make accurate projections for promo inventory in key Fox Sports events
Create backup and contingency logs for all sports events on FOX
Collaborate with the Operations team to define inventory and flight dates of all promotional priorities required to meet marketing objectives in any given week
Partner with Commercial Administration, Network Operations, and FOX Broadcast teams to ensure timely delivery of logs and to ensure deadlines are met
Evaluate the promotional inventory, and strategically schedule and monitor the proper rotation of Sports campaigns across the FOX Network
Coordinate and executes cross channel promotional support between other FOX networks
Maintain up-to-date reporting database tracking all Sports promotional content on FOX Broadcast and non-linear platforms
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Prior experience in promo scheduling and strategy for a major cable or broadcast network
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively under daily time constraints in a high-pressure environment
Highly skilled in PowerPoint and Excel
Expertise working with Pivot Tables & Queries
Working knowledge of TV ratings and viewership data
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER
Working knowledge of various sports leagues (NCAA sports, MLB, NFL, Soccer, Racing, etc.)
