FOX Stations Sales, a division of FOX Television Stations is looking for a Team Lead to join Fox Television Stations FLX OTT platform. As a member of the team, you will work in a fun, fast-paced and fluid environment. you will help grow and nurture senior-level client relationships, analyze and optimize campaign performance, strategically plan branded and performance OTT video campaigns, and lead complex platform work streams.

This is a ‘player, coach’ roll leading the account management team for FLX. Direct report for 2-3 planner/account managers located in NY and LA. Help onboard new planner/Am's so they understand best practices and key cross-functional relationships. Lead, manage and proactively grow relationships with key clients and agency partners. Lead product update discussions, educate brands and agencies on FLX new and existing products, advise on best practice to drive optimal performance and ground breaking campaigns. Partner with AE's and marketing throughout the RFP process to develop innovative, insight-driven OTT campaigns on FLX/Fox streaming properties. Lead projects involving complex work streams and cross functional collaboration (internally and externally) Optimize campaigns, ensure 100% delivery. Deliver as needed campaign reporting. Including PowerPoint based campaign summaries.

Advanced excel skills, pivot tables. Experience analyzing data sets and delivering actionable insights. Proven experience working effectively with cross functional teams. Expert understanding of advertising performance metrics. Ability to work in fast paced environment and adapt to change. Ability to lead multiple projects with strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal. Top organizational and prioritization skills. Knowledge of local TV marketplace and how it's evolving to include OTT.

BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing or other related field of study. 5+ years of experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on brand marketing, ad tech, or programmatic advertising. Video preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Existing relationships with senior level client or agency decision makers. Impressive track record of delivering on deadlines and obtaining positive reviews. A passion for customer service. Prior team lead or management experience.
