JOB DESCRIPTION

Our IT Enterprise team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team and be responsible for perfecting systems analysis and creating Wireframes, among others. You are customer-aligned, willing to learn, and are excited about new challenges, and are ready to take them on with a positive, optimistic attitude.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interview business users and external/internal clients and perform necessary research

• Communicate with project stakeholders and control scope creep

• Capture business use cases and gather and document system requirements

• Perform system analysis

• Produce business requirements and functional specification documents

• Create Wireframes

• Defect Analysis and Impact Analysis

• Collaborate with key project stakeholders and business communities to comprehend the overall business vision for each project

• Collaborate with developers and SMEs to build the technical vision and analyze trade-offs

• Perform UAT & SIT testing

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• At least 7 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or functional project management

• At least 5 years of experience managing, developing, or participating in software development

• At least 5 years of experience defining complex requirements and user stories

• Experience using Business Analysis Tools (RUP, FMEA, DMAIC)

• Experience with Visual Modelling (UML, DFD, DATA Modelling, ER Diagrams, Activity, Sequence, Use Case Diagrams, Wireframes)

• Experience with Salesforce

• Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate and elicit information

• Ability to solve problems, think creatively and critically, and provide solutions

• Ability to work on a team and collaborate with others

• Documentation and specification skills

• Analysis skills

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Broadcast or Cable Media industry experience

• Experience in marketing areas

• Experience and knowledge of JIRA, Lucid Chart and Agile
