Home Team Sports has an exciting opportunity for a Vice President to join our ranks and lead our Team Multi Media Rights (MMR) business, which focuses on client-direct sales efforts to secure multi-year sponsorships and works collaboratively with Home Team Sports Media and Impression Sports & Entertainment sales groups. As Vice President, you will be directly in charge of a dedicated sales group, focused on non-media assets of teams, arenas and stadiums across the sport verticals of MLB, NBA and NHL – as well as our college conference rights in Pac-12, Big Ten and Big East. You will manage top level team and advertiser relationships, create revenue opportunities, maintain employee development plans and interface with our Sales Pricing & Strategy team.
As Vice President, you will be expected to utilize the latest prospecting tools, research data, market and sports sponsorship industry information (i.e. trades, business journals, etc.). As you will be in a high-visibility position, you will also need superior presentation skills to articulate the Home Team Sports and MMR value proposition, possess a persuasive ability to monetize concepts and utilize trusting relationships forged with key target brand clients. Overall, you will be an integral part of the Home Team Sports Executive Leadership team helping set company goals, revenue targets, strategies and vision.
