JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Service Now Director to join our team and develop and executive ServiceNow strategy. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of passionate IT professionals and propel Fox Corporation forward in the ServiceNow space to ensure cutting edge and best practices.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct a team of subject matter experts in the design, development, and implementation of Enterprise Wide solutions
  • Develop and execute a year over year ServiceNow strategy which aligns with business objectives and goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize demand
  • Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow analysts, architects and developers through the prioritization, design, development, and implementation of enterprise wide ServiceNow solutions which enable process optimization and automation
  • Develop and manage KPIs which demonstrate the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of the ServiceNow Team
  • Conduct performance reviews, career, performance, and behavior coaching for direct reports

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an accredited college/university
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 5+ years managing a team within an IT Operations environment
  • Previous experience implementing ServiceNow and managing a team in the design, development and implementation of Enterprise Wide solutions.
  • Experience with engaging stakeholders to capture and prioritize business needs
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communications
  • Possession of excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Working knowledge of internal control frameworks or knowledge of IT controls
  • Strong working knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM platform
  • Understanding of various Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT Strategy, ITIL, IT Best Practice and Change Delivery
