Fox Cable Network Services, LLC seeks a Director, Growth Marketing to:
Monetize show brands with advertisers through Ad Sales. Create and design new advertising campaigns and execute each campaign, as well as create new ad products. Responsibilities include: 1) Design layouts and aesthetic principles. 2) Evangelize Digital Media with ad sales and clients. 3) Design campaign ideas and concepts, and new ad product designs and concepts. 4) Create new ad products for digital platforms such as .com, mobile, connected devices, and social media. 5) Ideate campaigns for advertisers on all digital platforms (.com, mobile, connected devices and social media. 6) Improve acquisition rates for monetization of digital properties. 7) Manage digital ad campaigns with clients and ad sales. 8) Utilize digital imaging and computer graphics technologies to research and develop the digital graphics for a variety of 3-dimensional media projects, including title sequences for motion pictures and on-screen computer animated projects. 9) Develop storyboards or action plans, detailing the graphic work for each project, and establish the digital design themes, the sequence and the timing of all the elements of the digital design. 10) Create and develop innovative and effective visual images for a computer-based/operated multi-media environment, as well as develop digital design concepts and technological solutions for the production of all necessary visual effects. 11) Formulate different digital design solutions and applications to meet the projects’ specific aesthetic goals and explain and clarify the concepts behind the digital designs to the project.
Requires a Master’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, plus two (2) years of creative development or management experience in the media/entertainment industry.
Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, plus five (5) years of creative development or management experience in the
Experience must include: 1) Two (2) years of media planning and buying; vendor management; contract negotiation; campaign management; writing and editing vendor proposals; and digital strategy, process and planning; and 2) One (1) year of developing and executing A/B tests and translating data into business and consumer insights; and experience in churn mitigation for direct to consumer services including voluntary and involuntary churn
*Specific skills: Also requires experience or knowledge in the following: 1) Experience in art direction; 2) Working with creative suite tools including Photoshop; 3) Experience with web analytics platforms such as Adobe Omniture; 4) Working with digital platforms including YouTube, Facebook and Twitter; 5) Knowledge of enterprise Email Service Provider (ESP) platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC); and 6) Knowledge of enterprise Consumer Messaging Provider platform such as Localytics for push/banner notifications
