ABOUT THE ROLE

The FOX Media Services team is responsible for processing and distributing FOX content to Live, Linear, Non-linear and Digital platforms across internal and external partners. As Director of Platform and Integration, this role will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of platform solutions to support business operations and enhance customer experience.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of platform and integration initiatives to meet business objectives

• Oversee the development and deployment of platform solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration needs and opportunities, and develop scalable solutions

• Manage vendor relationships and partnerships to leverage external platforms and services, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in platform capabilities, leveraging emerging technologies and industry trends

• Develop and maintain documentation and standards for platform architecture, integration protocols, and data governance

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of platform and integration specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence

• Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to platform and data security

• Pro-actively identify opportunities for innovation and automating operational workflows

• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Proven experience in Broadcast

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

• Strategic thinker with a focus on driving business value through technology innovation and optimization

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and deliver results on time and within budget

• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Self-motivated and reliable with a professional, proactive approach to work

• Knowledge of accelerated file transfer tools (e.g. Aspera, Signiant, S3 to S3, etc.), Distributed Systems, Cloud computing, SaaS delivery

• Strong technical background with expertise in content management systems, platform architecture, integration technologies, and enterprise systems

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $121,500.00-190,000.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
