JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Senior Atlassian Administrator that is focused on customer service and governance to help our application and infrastructure teams get the most out of our Atlassian Suite supporting media workflows and broadcast events such as World Cup and the Super Bowl. You will work closely with our managed service provider and multiple teams and disciplines across the enterprise to conceptualize, build and integrate solutions and services to support the challenging real-time requirements of the media/broadcast business.

We're looking for someone who has a passion for continuous improvement, bringing this to bear to streamline Atlassian operations and solve users’ problems. Media and/or broadcast experience are a huge plus. We are looking for strong written and in-person communication and a self-starter that can identify and solve problems early on and help mentor less experienced team members. A SNAPSHOT OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and run a governance program for Atlassian Suite (JIRA, JIRA Service Desk, Confluence, BitBucket)
  • Architect and implement identity federation from Okta to streamline onboarding of new users
  • Assist other teams with required modifications to permissions, workflows and add-ons
  • Manage outage notifications and represent upcoming changes at CAB
  • Manage invoices and reqs for Atlassian licenses
  • Work with teams across the organization to troubleshoot Atlassian-related issues
  • Mentor less senior members of the team
  • Serve as point of escalation for Atlassian-related issues
  • Other duties as assigned


WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • BS in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 6 years working with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, JIRA Service Desk, Confluence, BitBucket)


Preferred Skills and or Experience

  • Atlassian Suite management
  • Atlassian/Okta integration
  • ServiceNow (ticket queue management, change control, JSD integration)
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks
