As the Product Manager for Data Products, you will envision and execute on a strategy and product roadmap to enable real-time decision-making. You will build products that allows Fox to formulate strategies and run its business intelligently. Your performance is measured by the impact of the products and features which you launch and by your ability to lead and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team. You will be working with a full range of data technologies and architectures including big data platforms, data applications, pub/sub data messaging, master data management, AI/ML predictive analytics, and multiple reporting and analytics frameworks and tools.

  • Drive product vision, roadmap and goals for our core data & analytics products
  • Develop a clear product roadmap based on market and user research with the appropriate business cases and data to back it up
  • Regularly meet with Business stakeholders to gather feedback and validate future product ideas while strongly representing the fox data team
  • Author and own product requirements: clear, concise functional specifications for consumption by engineering
  • Constantly improve customer satisfaction, usability, reliability and operational efficiency by continually monitoring KPIs and finding opportunities to increase engagement and reduce friction across your product
  • Present roadmaps, decisions and updates to business and technology stakeholders
  • Responsible for architecting and delivering solutions for Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Visualization & Analytics
  • Responsible for helping set technology strategy for Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Visualization & Analytics
  • Responsible for vendor product evaluations and tool selections, and leading proof-of-concept projects
  • Responsible for data security and compliance
  • Translating business requirements into conceptual and detailed technology solutions
  • Provide documentation and training for end users to promote adoption
  • Drive complex decisions involving multiple stakeholders with potentially diverging opinions
  • Communicate the vision and improve the adoption of Analytics teams’ data products
  • Measure the right KPIs that will help stakeholders and the tech team identify what they have as levers to drive positive change
  • Keeping fluent in the industry and marketplace evolution-staying current with vendor product offerings and common and emerging data solutions in use across the industry; continuously learning new BI & Analytics technologies and introducing these into the organization


  • 7+ years hands-on data design in large-scale and complex data solutions development projects
  • Expertise in BI, Reporting, Data Visualization and Analytics
  • Strong understanding of enterprise business data domains (especially Ad Sales) and related BI & Analytics use cases
  • An interest to understand the advertising industry, ad operations, and digital sales support needs
  • Proficiency with BI & Analytics tools, including Tableau, Looker, MemSQL, Redshift, No SQL
  • Current with new technologies and vendor solutions available in the marketplace
  • Solid track record of technical acumen, being able to quickly understand technical details of a product or platform
  • Fluent understanding of data security and compliance
  • Fluency architecting and documenting architecture at multiple levels (high-level to detailed) and across multiple views (conceptual, logical, physical, data flow and sequence diagrams)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into conceptual and detailed technology solutions
  • Skilled in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence or MS Project
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the ability to motivate others to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to establish and manage effective working relationships in a matrixed organizational structure
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to communicate well to both technical and business audiences
