Job Description

Fox is seeking a Director, Organization Development & Training with the qualifications, experience and skills required to optimize the effectiveness of learning & development initiatives, organizational design, individual and team performance, talent development, and retention. The Director, Organization Development & Training will be a seasoned but hands-on leader capable of providing strategic and tactical support for needle-moving initiatives across our company. 


Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Organization Development & Training, the Director, Organization Development & Training at Fox will be assigned to one or more client groups and be responsible for designing, executing, and evaluating innovative and engaging learning programs, managing external vendors, conducting literature reviews, and to working on overarching projects that supports the strategic objectives of the team and the organization.

The Director, Organization Development & Training will utilize and contribute to the capabilities of the full Human Resources team, including but not limited to HR Business Partners (HRBP), HR Operations and Talent Acquisition, and serve as an ambassador to the company for the implementation and execution of enterprise-wide processes, programs, and initiatives. This individual will elevate talent and enhance the employee experience globally.


  • At least 10 years of experience in the areas of learning & organization development, leadership development, and/or change management.
  • Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Organization Development, or related field from a leading school highly preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of current and future trends / practices in learning & organization development.
  • Extensive experience working in a fast-paced, complex, matrixed organization. 
  • Demonstrated track record of fast career progression, especially through internal promotion.
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality using both internal and external resources.
  • Effective and adaptable communication.
