Campaign development including script writing and packaging of ideas.
Lead production for sold campaigns and execution of partnerships.
Manage post-production process.
Ensure accurate and timely execution of sold campaigns in partnership with internal teams.
Work with sales team to collect assets, create production timelines and work with Monetization Team to launch, properly execute and provide accurate reporting on completed campaigns.
Create recap decks as requested.
Serve as marketing lead for creation of branded content materials including decks and sizzle videos for sales team.
Develop relationships with external agencies to further diversify the custom content/creative capabilities
Coordinate with internal partners in development of sales opportunities and ideas Act as advocate to coordinate with counterparts within Sports Brand Partnership Team to ensure seamless cross-platform integration within larger integrated stories and sponsorships.
Work in a highly matrixed organization across many departments to serve as the day-to-day Sports Marketing lead on custom content.
Expected to have a deep knowledge in competitive landscape both within sports, linear, digital and social platforms, delivering monthly analysis of key competitive marketing programs.
4-6 years of production and marketing or creative agency experience.
Experience working with, and managing, creative production vendors.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across diverse functions within large organization.
Must have a passion for sports, excellent communication, written and organizations skills while being able to multi task and work effectively in a high-pressure sales environment.
Ability to travel domestically.
