Assures consistent, timely, accurate updating and maintenance of all Residual hire records in the Fox Talent Payroll. Process Residual New Hires, Adds, Updates, and changes. Process all Beneficiary updates. Back up Weekly Paymaster, supporting overflow on the Talent Weekly desk. Pay Television Shows and Feature Films. Update addresses and Tax Updates.
Process all Residual New Hires, Adds, Changes
Maintain Beneficiary adds and changes
Retire deceased Residual employees
Coordinate with Residual department to ensure all supporting documents are provided and prepared according to all SOX requirements
Update Residual address changes and corresponding tax updates
Data Entry backup for Garnishment processing
Backup Paymaster covering the Talent Weekly desk
Support Feature processing of WGA, DGA, and PNU payments
Pay assigned television shows
Pay assigned feature films
Assist management with special projects
Assist as back up for both Payroll helpline and Fox Payroll mailbox
B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred
2 years of experience in Residuals preferred
2-3 years of experience in the entertainment industry
Knowledge of Residuals and Residual Payroll Systems
Through understanding of Talent Guild Contracts: SAG, AFTRA, DGA, WGA etc.
Knowledge of domestic and international tax set ups
Liens and Garnishments
Accurate verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
Exacting attention to detail

Strong customer service skills
