Manage Appointment calendars (includes scheduling of all internal and external appointments) and contacts.
Coordinate departmental expense activities, including invoice coding, processing invoices, vendor set-up/inquiries, and review T&E to ensure within policy.
Liaison with external auditors (secure work space, coordinate meetings, etc).
Assist the set-up of new employees (system access, T&E, etc).
Assist in annual and quarterly budget preparations.
Assist Financial Reporting team with various administrative details, some of a confidential nature.
Additional tasks/ duties as assigned.
5+ years of administrative support experience with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel required.
Ability to multitask while remaining highly structured is absolutely required.
Proven administrative support skills (scheduling, filing, proofreading, invoice tracking, etc) with a proactive mentality required.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (professional demeanor/ telephone presence) required.
Desire to take ownership of projects with little or no direction required.
Must possess strong prioritization and organizational skills.
Ability to learn entry level system administration functions required.
