Job Description

20th Century Fox and Fox Filmed Entertainment Group is conducting an immediate search for a Finance Coordinator, based in Los Angeles. This role will work under general supervision, provides data entry, documentation and administrative support to the SVP, Finance and WWHE Finance department.

• Data entry (Excel and Finance systems)
• Support Finance Forecast process
• Compile and edit Documents using Word and PowerPoint
• Preparation of meeting handouts and reference documents
• Maintain online reference folders
• Provide meeting documentation
• Coordinate and maintain monthly finance review and reporting calendar
• Facilitate meetings between finance and other departments
• Coordinate regional meetings and communication to executives and finance team
• Arrange travel, as needed
• Prepare and review expense reports
• Assist with vendor management and Accounts Payable questions
• Assist with general office duties
• Ad hoc projects, as needed


• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, preferred
• 2 years minimum experience performing Administrative and/or Finance Executive support, within a large matrixed organization
• Proficient Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills required
• Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environment
